Great reference book. He put a lot of common sense thought into the book, with no get rich quick unrealistic hype. As for the audio, maybe someday you can afford a narrator. The cadence is dry as a bone and a little painful to get through at times. Having the actual book is probably better anyway.

This is the second book that I have read by Daniel Rusteen. I am so appreciative that he holds nothing back on how to become a master Jedi in the short term rental space. There isn’t a portion of the process, from deciding if STR investing is right for you to buying the right property to managing it and providing your guests the hands-down best experience, that he doesn’t cover in detail. He has learned so much in the past years about the process that his approach and awareness is all inclusive and leaves nothing to question. As an STR host for the past three years, I am amazed how much more I’ve taken from this book. As he says, it’s not easy, but it’s worth it for those willing to put in the work and who want to continually sharpen their skills.
