Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund policy lasts until the service begins. If work has begun or delivery sent, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.


    We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you have already initiated a dispute with your payment, you will need to wait for them or remove that for us to issue a refund as we do not have access to the funds at that point. 

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, sometimes up to 10 days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


    Exchanges are sometimes possible before work has commenced, please inquire.
